REFORMER FOUNDATION
In this extremely informative 55 minute class, we focus on the basic movements associated with the Reformer. Learning how to emphasize our breath work in each movement. We cover the “core” exercises that are focused on in all Reformer classes. Really breaking down those movements in their most basic form. Always a good place for those who want a good full body burn as well. If this is your first time on a Reformer, this will be the perfect class for you to get started on your journey.
REFORMER INTERMEDIATE
This 55 minute class begins to challenge those basic exercises in Reformer Foundation. By adding challenges like longer holds, more repititions, and advancing movements. We really start to acknowledge how our bodies use the breath to control movements from deep within our core. If you are familiar with the Reformer u0026 have completed multiple Reformer Foundation classes, we suggest you challenge yourself with the Reformer Intermediate. If you need guidance on when to take that step, please ask! We are more than happy to help guide you towards classes that will align with your Pilates journey.
REFORMER ADVANCED
Join us for a 55 minute full body burn, focused on core strength, coordination, breath work, alignment and overall body awareness. This is our highest level of Reformer class, finding advancements from movements that we learn in Reformer Foundation and Intermediate. We focus on creating more intricate u0026 challenging exercise series. This class is for someone looking to push themselves and is ready to move deeper into their Pilates journey. So excited to get these classes started. You are guaranteed to leave this class feeling accomplished, strong, and in tune with your body’s abilities.
STRENGTH MAT
Join us for a dynamic 45-minute Pilates mat class that welcomes clients of all levels. This session incorporates weights, resistance bands, ankle weights, and more to challenge and enhance your practice. We focus on breath work to deepen your mind-body connection, coordination to improve overall movement quality, unilateral movements to address muscular imbalances, and core strength to build a solid foundation. This class is designed to support and progress everyone’s fitness journey, ensuring a balanced and fulfilling workout experience. See you on the mat!
JUMPBOARD BURN
An energizing and dynamic Pilates session that uses the jumpboard attachment on the Reformer. Perform a series of jumping and low-impact cardio exercises while lying down, combining the benefits of Pilates with a fun cardiovascular workout. The class focuses on strengthening the core, improving coordination, and enhancing overall balance and agility. Suitable for all fitness levels, it offers a unique way to build strength, increase endurance, and have a great time while doing it!
SCULPT + TONE MAT
A 55 minute mat class designed to combine cardio and strength training to promote cardiovascular health and lean muscles. This class is set to an energizing and modern playlist with moves that incorporate all parts of the body. Improve your mental and physical health through low impact.
